The sky’s the limit with Otava Group’s open brand portal

Otava Group’s is Finland’s third largest multidisciplinary media group that provides a range of services and multiple sub-brands. To establish discipline in their unique brand identities, Otava Group has chosen to share their brand style guides on deBroome’s platform.

To continue on their journey of brand consistency, they have rebranded Otava Group’s visual identity and shares its guidelines on an open brand portal. There is no requirement for people to log in. A person needs to simply click a link.

The decision to make the brand portal open was motivated by their value of transparency. This builds trust with their audience and a solid foundation as recognizable brand. In addition, having an open brand portal is easier for administrators to manage the platform in terms of user access. With an open brand portal, the possibilities are endless – not only sharing brand guidelines but also brand strategies, campaigns or any other aspect of a brand.

This is only the beginning for Otava Group. The long-term vision is to continually update the brand portal and add information about all the sub-brands on the same platform.
