We do not ask for your information unless it is necessary. This information may serve customer service, client relations, and/or promotional purposes. In addition, billing information is collected to meet contractual obligations. deBroome will not sell your personally identifiable information to others. Ultimately, our main goal is to use this information to improve your experience and the development of deBroome’s services.

If you provide personal information about someone else, you are responsible for ensuring that you comply with any obligation and consent obligations under applicable data protection laws.

1.3. deBroome brand manuals

As all brand manuals are customized to the client’s needs, a client will decide what to include on a registration form to confirm identity of individuals. The client then takes responsibility of a user’s personal information within a brand manual. Therefore, clients will process any requests from registrants including providing, updating, and deleting personal information. We assure that our services provide easy functions for admins to process these requests.

1.4. Third party access

deBroome and our partners have agreed on how to treat personal information. When we feel you will benefit from their services, we may get in touch with our partners about your companies’ needs. However, your contact information is not communicated unless you have given us permission. We do not sell, trade, or rent users personal identification information to others.

We use cookies to collect information about how visitors and users use our website and services. Our cookies track page views, traffic to and from the deBroome site, location, devices on which were viewed, and other general information available on Google Analytics and Google Adwords. These cookies do not specify individuals; therefore, leaving our website visitors anonymous. deBroome uses these cookies to provide, maintain, and improve our website and services.

3.1. Right to access, correct, and delete information

At anytime, you can revoke, access, and correct your personal data. First, we will take measures to verify your identity before providing a copy of the data we process about you. You can use this information for your own use or inform us of any changes needed.

While we will delete any personal information about you on our active database instantly within a reasonable period of time, we may retain information in our backups, analytics, to the satisfaction of legal obligations, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.

deBroome will continually be governed to comply to the GDPR as set forth by the European Parliament. To abide by the law, deBroome will update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Therefore, it is good to read our Privacy Policy to be aware of the latest updates.
